Where do coaching sessions take place?

All sessions are one-to-one with me online, by phone or face-to-face, depending on location.

How long is a typical coaching engagement?

Coaching engagements vary based on individual needs and goals. Each session runs for 1 hour and I recommend a series of sessions (8-12) to ensure lasting transformation, typically ranging from several weeks to a few months depending on the frequency between appointments. I also have a number of clients who have been with me for many years.

Is this coaching suitable for experienced leaders?

Absolutely! My coaching is designed to benefit leaders at all stages of their journey – from emerging leaders to seasoned executives.

One size does not fit all

I steer clear of the "one-size-fits-all" approach and cookie-cutter methodologies. While rooted in coaching principles, my method is tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences. I leverage a range of techniques to create an experiential journey that resonates personally, allowing us to collaboratively determine the most effective approach for your growth.
